FitDesk — Privacy Policy

Overview

FitDesk is a local-first Android application. It does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data you enter is stored exclusively on your device.

Data collection

FitDesk collects no data. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no registration. The app does not require an internet connection and makes no network requests.

Data storage

All data (classes, clients, payments, schedules) is stored locally on your device using SQLite. Uninstalling the app removes all associated data. The optional JSON export feature creates a backup file in your device storage — this file is controlled entirely by you and is never sent anywhere automatically.

Third-party services

FitDesk uses no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or tracking libraries. Notifications are local-only (scheduled on-device via expo-notifications) and are never routed through external servers.

Permissions

• Notifications — used only for local class and payment reminders you configure. No push notifications.
• Storage — used only for the optional JSON export/import feature.

Children

FitDesk is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

Any updates to this privacy policy will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. The app will always remain local-first with no data collection.
